At ISOTECH we believe that our youth must be empowered to learn and take action, if we are to create a truly sustainable world. As such, every year, our senior experts act as mentors at several events and occasions, such as structured internships, start-up events, Speed Networking etc:
- – Every year ISOTECH hosts ten young graduates that participate in the Argonaftis work experience programme. Our staff act as mentors, providing them with job shadowing opportunities, encouraging them to participate and contribute to ongoing projects, and supporting them in pursuing additional training, work experience and job opportunities.
- – Additionally, in 2015, our Chairman and our Director were invited to participate as mentors at the MIT CLUB of Cyprus Speed Networking event on Saturday 28 November 2015 at the University of Cyprus Campus, within the framework of the MIT Club of Cyprus Entrepreneurship Week. Dr Loizides participated as an expert and mentor on “environment and sustainability” and Ms X. Loizidou participated as an expert and mentor on “Adapting ideas to a smaller market”.
