Description: The exhibition moved to University College Cork’s Western Gateway building for a one day Celebrate Science Event. In conjunction with the Marine Ecology Group from the Coastal & Marine Research Centre for University College Cork, the issue of marine litter was raised through the display of our barrels, the sandbox challenge and a running loop of the MARLISCO animation.
In one day it is thought approximately 2000 people, ranging from adults to very small children, passed through the MARLISCO exhibition.
