Description: ISOTECH conducted a preliminary indoor air quality assessment at MindGeek’s office building in the Dali Industrial Area, Nicosia, to evaluate air quality and thermal comfort conditions for approximately 200 employees. The investigation included an initial inspection of the building’s heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, followed by on-site measurements of particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5), carbon dioxide (CO₂), formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds, temperature and relative humidity. The assessment identified issues relating to ventilation efficiency, indoor pollutant concentrations and the building’s protection against airborne dust. The findings highlighted the need to improve air exchange rates and upgrade HVAC filtration to support healthier and more comfortable working conditions.
